Together, We Explore the Science of Inner Transformation
Brain Awareness Week is an international campaign dedicated to increasing public understanding of the brain and the science that shapes how we think, feel, and behave. Launched in 1996 by the Dana Foundation, the initiative was created to bring neuroscience out of research labs and into communities through lectures, workshops, classroom activities, and public conversations about brain health.
At its core, Brain Awareness Week reminds us that the brain is not just the seat of thought but a living biological system that shapes every aspect of our lives. Increasing awareness of how it functions empowers individuals and communities to care for it more intentionally and to support scientific research that advances treatments for neurological and psychological conditions.

About me
I am a neuroscience-informed leadership coach and mental health advocate who helps leaders transform pressure into clarity and resilience. My work blends behavioral psychology, practical neuroscience, and leadership strategy to help you stay grounded when expectations are high and complexity is constant.
Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience navigating mental wellness, I bring an honest and human perspective to leadership, resilience, and mental health. I have designed leadership development programs, facilitated executive conversations, and coached leaders through moments of challenge, growth, and reinvention.
My work focuses on one core idea: you cannot lead others if you are disappearing from yourself.
Through science-based tools and practical reflection, I help people reconnect with clarity, resilience, and the capacity to show up fully in their work and lives.
